RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return / exchange policy?
Because of hygienic reasons, and because all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the size, color and description for items before you purchase. Please allow for some slight variance as most pieces are handmade.
We want you to be thrilled with your pieces! Please do not use the feedback system to let us know you are unhappy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us with your order number within 7 days of your receipt , and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Since we are primarily a handmade business, and make some pieces to order, we do need a few days to get your order ready. Please see the shipping info at the top of each product's page. This is the time it takes us to make your order and package it up. On occasion it may take a bit longer (or shorter) due to demand. If you have a deadline, we recommend expedited shipping.
We ship out of San Francisco, CA with USPS first class with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once the item ships.
Estimated Shipping Times
Please note the shipping estimates below are for *transit time only*, once it leaves our studio.
First Class (default)
US - 4-10 business days
INTL - 2 - 5 weeks, though I have had some items take as long as 8 weeks!
Priority
US - 2-3 business days
INTL - 6-10 business days
Express -
US - overnight - 2 business days (depending on time of shipment)
INTL - 3-5 business days
Do you ship internationally?
YES! However, we cannot ship to the following countries / regions: Brazil, China, Mexico, India, Southeast Asia, Singapore, Indonesia, Greece. If you make a purchase from these countries/ regions, your sale will be refunded. Unfortunately we have had too many packages lost in these countries.
Please be aware that your country may assess Customs duties, VAT and/or other fees, which will you will need to pay directly to your post office, we cannot waive this fee. We cannot mark an item as "gift" as it is illegal to do so.
Items shipped first class are NOT TRACKABLE once they go outside the US. If you need tracking for an international order, please upgrade to PRIORITY or EXPRESS.
Please note: expedited International estimated times are for most countries, but not all.
Missing Packages
If a shipment has not arrived, often it can be waiting at the post office, especially with international orders. With US orders you can view your tracking number and see where it is in transit. If you still are unsure of the status of your package, please contact us with your order numberĀ and we will do our best to locate it. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for lost packages marked delivered.
Damaged Items:
We package each item carefully before it leaves the studio, and make sure it is safely delivered to the post office. If your parcel arrives damaged, please snap a photo of it and contact us with your order number within 7 days for a replacement. If the packaging is also damaged, please provide a photo of that as well, as it helps with claims with the post office.
PRODUCT STORAGE & CARE
If you are planning on storing your jewelry for more than a week or two, it is best to remove from the box it shipped in, and put in a ziploc plastic baggie in a cool dark place. This helps deter any tarnishing. The boxes we ship in have a cotton padding that is not completely acid free and can tarnish some metals over time, and tends to affect silver plated pieces more than gold or bronze.
